1. Subscription Services
InstaAppoint offers various subscription plans for our appointment booking service. The following refund terms apply to our subscription services:
Free Trial Period
We may offer a free trial period for our subscription services. During this period, you can evaluate our services at no cost. If you choose to cancel during the free trial period, no charges will be made to your payment method.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to your subscription services until the end of your current billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for subscription services under the following circumstances:
- New Subscribers: If you are a new subscriber and cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) or major functionality issues that prevent you from using the service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Billing Errors: If you have been charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service, you are eligible for a refund of the excess amount.
2. One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases of premium features or add-ons:
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the feature or add-on does not function as described.
- Refund requests must include a detailed explanation of the issue and steps you've taken to resolve it.
- We reserve the right to troubleshoot and attempt to resolve the issue before issuing a refund.
3. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- After the 14-day refund period has expired for eligible purchases.
- For partial or unused periods of a subscription after the initial 14-day period.
- If you have violated our Terms of Service.
- For issues resulting from third-party services or integrations not directly controlled by InstaAppoint.
- For services or features clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- If the reason for the refund request is not covered by our refund eligibility criteria.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support team at support@instaappoint.com or through the in-app support feature.
- Provide your account information, purchase details, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Currency and Processing Fees
All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. Please note that:
- We do not refund any transaction fees charged by payment processors.
- Currency exchange rate differences may apply if your card currency differs from our billing currency.
- Any taxes paid are refundable only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Promotional Offers and Discounts
If you purchased our services using a promotional offer, discount code, or special pricing:
- Refunds will be based on the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.
- Free or heavily discounted services obtained through promotional offers may not be eligible for cash refunds.
- Services acquired through gift cards or promotional credits may be refunded as store credit rather than to the original payment method.

If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or other policies:
- You will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
- Any active subscriptions will be canceled without refund.
- Access to all paid features will be immediately revoked.
